Easec was founded in 2005. We are proud of the depth of experience in our team. We are committed to give back to the industry through staff mentoring and training, and we support and develop each other and as a team. Easec’s Rehabilitation and Careers Consultants each have on average 9.4 years of experience in their field of expertise, are accredited with Comcare, and registered with their professional bodies. Easec consultants all share the vision of our company to maximise people’s potential to participate in work and enable them to live better lives.
Each Easec Rehabilitation Consultant holds tertiary qualifications in the health sciences field. We are an expert multi-disciplinary team who deliver quality services and real outcomes throughout Australia. Our comprehensive office network is supported by permanent Easec employees located locally in those regions. Julia Bunn
General Manager and Founder
Julia is an accomplished professional with 29 years’ experience in the workplace rehabilitation industry, having received her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of QLD in 1994 with Honors Class 1. Julia proudly serves as the founder and General Manager of Easec, an award-winning national provider of workplace rehabilitation and wellbeing services since its inception in 2005.
Our primary objective at Easec is to empower individuals to lead improved lives through meaningful engagement in occupation. We place a strong emphasis on fostering functional independence in homes, communities, and workplaces. Our distinctive approach revolves around our highly skilled team, who bring invaluable expertise to the table, and our ability to offer flexible and personalised solutions to our clients. Lucinda De Coster
Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Rehabilitation Counsellor
Lucinda is a dedicated National Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry. Since joining Easec in 2018, she has played a key role in driving operational growth, strategic planning, and service excellence across the organisation.
Lucinda is known for her ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals while maintaining operational efficiency. She has extensive experience navigating regulatory frameworks and specialises in managing complex cases involving multiple stakeholders and unique challenges. Her case management expertise spans both physical and mental health conditions, supporting individuals in their return-to-work journeys across various sectors.

Jacinda Keane
Head of Veteran Services / Veteran Services Provider Relationship Manager, and Occupational Therapist
With 20 years of experience, Jacinda has committed her career to occupational rehabilitation, driven by a strong belief in the power of workplace and psychosocial rehabilitation in supporting recovery from injury and illness. Her passion for helping those who have served has led her to dedicate much of her professional journey to working with the Veteran community.
As Head of Veteran Services, Jacinda leads a national team of 70 Rehabilitation Consultants, overseeing the delivery of tailored rehabilitation services for Veterans. Her expertise extends beyond service provision to strategic management and change management, where she ensures continuous improvement and adapts to the evolving needs of the Veteran community.
Jacinda excels in relationship building, forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders and maintaining a high standard of professional development within her team. She offers expert mentoring and fosters a culture of excellence in Veteran rehabilitation, wellbeing, and support services.
Her leadership, strategic foresight, and dedication to client-centred care ensure that all services align with industry best practices and are tailored to the unique needs of Veterans. Jacinda’s role continues to shape Easec’s Veteran rehabilitation services, driving meaningful outcomes and enhancing the lives of those who have served. Danielle Rose
Head of Client Relations, Employer Services Provider Relationship Manager, and Rehabilitation Counsellor
Danielle is a senior leader with over 17 years of experience in the rehabilitation and corporate health sectors. With a theoretical foundation in psychology, business and human resource management, she brings a comprehensive understanding of both the psychological and organisational aspects of workplace health and wellbeing.
She excels in strategic program development, team leadership, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Her success is driven by her exceptional communication skills and ability to establish strong rapport with clients, colleagues, and industry leaders, which allows her to influence and drive positive change within organisations.
Danielle’s leadership is rooted in fostering a supportive, collaborative team culture that prioritises high service delivery standards and client satisfaction. Her approach to consulting on corporate health solutions is client-focused, developing tailored strategies to enhance workplace culture, mental health, resilience, and psychosocial wellbeing.
She has led numerous initiatives aimed at improving injury prevention, early intervention, and workforce wellbeing, helping organisations build healthy, resilient environments. Brendan Conn
WorkCover Provider Relationship Manager / Account Manager, and Exercise Physiologist
Brendan is an experienced professional with over 15 years in clinical, Workplace Rehabilitation, injury prevention, and case management across Australia, including regional Queensland. He excels at identifying barriers to return-to-work and guiding individuals through the process, especially those with complex physical conditions. Brendan manages a caseload and oversees Easec’s relationship with WorkCover Queensland on the Return-to-Work Services Panel. As the Account Manager for WorkCover QLD at Easec, Brendan supervises specialists in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, and Job Placement. He ensures continuous professional development and training for his team, tailored to the needs of Queensland employers and WorkCover Queensland. Through ongoing mentoring and quality assurance, Brendan guarantees a consistent, high-quality service from Easec consultants.
Brendan is skilled at managing customer contracts and integrating customer-specific systems into quality management frameworks. He excels in overseeing the implementation of systems and procedures by his team of allied health professionals. His attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical ability makes him highly effective in both clinical and Occupational Rehabilitation settings. Brendan works closely with employers to improve injury management and prevention, providing early intervention and designing injury management procedures. His experience spans various schemes, including DVA, Comcare/ORAMS, Life Insurance/Income Protection, and WorkCover QLD, delivering effective return-to-work solutions for employers and insurers, often leading to repeat referrals.

Kim Hildebrandt
Household Services Account Manager, Team Leader, and Occupational Therapist
Kim graduated from James Cook University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since then, she has built a successful career in occupational rehabilitation, gaining experience across a wide range of sectors. With a strong background in complex case management, Kim is committed to achieving optimal outcomes for all parties involved. She excels at fostering genuine relationships and is known for her ability to connect with others. Kim has extensive experience in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments and is passionate about enhancing functional independence for individuals within their home environment.
As a Team Leader, Kim leads a team of rehabilitation consultants nationwide while also overseeing the Easec Household Services Account. She ensures that our occupational therapists receive comprehensive training and development to maintain a high level of clinical expertise. Kim is deeply passionate about mentoring and guiding her team, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve excellence in their roles and for Easec’s customers and clients.
Kim has a deep personal connection to the veteran community, having lived as a defence family for over 20 years. This unique experience has provided her with invaluable insight and understanding of the challenges faced by veterans and their families.

Bella Liddy
Subject Matter Expert – Veteran Services, Team Leader, Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and Occupational Therapist
Bella graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Since then, she has built a robust career in occupational rehabilitation, with extensive experience in complex injury management and is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of others through her work. Bella has a strong background working with the veteran community and has been in the role of Subject Matter Expert – Veteran Services for a number of years. This role has included mentoring of staff, ensuring consistent high standards are maintained to best support our veteran clients.
Bella’s expertise spans a wide range of service areas, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, worksite and ergonomic assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), and facilitating sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Bella has a very high attention to detail and is highly regarded for her written reports and use of evidence-based practice to inform clinical reasoning.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Bella leads a team of highly skilled consultants, fostering professional development to ensure exceptional service delivery. She combines a compassionate and supportive approach with strong leadership skills, both in her management and her client-focussed work. Bella is known amongst her colleagues and clients for her warm and kind demeanour.
