    “From my end, Easec is incredibly efficient and easy to deal with. Referral and case expectations are handled quickly and clearly, the backend admin results in no confusion regarding case billing/closure/contracting invoicing, and there is clear communication regarding business trends regarding referral numbers and themes across different spaces of work (i.e. changes in legislation/tender processes and impacts positively/negatively on referral numbers to Easec as a whole). This ensures that there is no inefficient/lost time on my end for completing work and that there’s no ambiguity where I stand within the organisation which is much better than other company’s I have worked at.

    There are clear and consistent signs of non-billable actions being taken from admin/management to improve quality/competency of staff including regular in-services, online resources, and easy/well-run informal feedback as required/requested. This ensures there is never any concern about how to complete tasks, assists in avoiding complacency in work, and also provides confidence that any revenue generated from billable work is being used for more than just executive salary. Collectively this, in my opinion, shows a culture of the company actually wanting to be both profitable AND provide a quality service which is unfortunately the exception rather than the norm from my experience across other providers.
